After R.O.C was founded, the new era didn’t bring to Chinese an uniformed currency system, it even worse than ever. The 1911 revolution was turned out to be a political and military concession between the revolutionaries and warlords, the powers of the government were substantially diversified. As an exemplification, a great variety of paper moneys issued by military and local governments were generated.
